FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Who Are We?
Mr. P (Perry Presto) and Ms. Susan (Susan Colip) are the owners of Art-A-Rama-Plano. We have owned the business for two years and take great strides to exceed customer satisfaction. We both previously worked in Customer Support organizations. Customer satisfaction is always #1 with us.
Instructor satisfaction is #2. We strive to support our instructors in every way. We provide the tools necessary to provide quality art instruction, birthday parties, summer camps, and the rest of our service business lines.
When we hire instructors, they all get asked the same questions so we may make a fair evaluation. Our instructors are the artists. Each one is either in Advanced Placement Art, in college with an Art major or has already graduated college with an arts degree. All instructors love and want to teach art to kids.
